Referral Codes

In some situations you may have a partner that is selling policies or making claims on your behalf. However, if they do not have permission to login to the site, you can still associate these policies with a partner by using a special header.

To achieve this, simply provide a custom header partner-code header with your requests. The value of this header should be the agency code e.g.:

partner-code: "agency code"

You can find and manage the agency code values from the Users administration section of the site. When editing a user simple scroll to the bottom of the page and update the “Partner API Credentials” section i.e.

You should be aware that if you have created multiple users accounts belonging to the same agency code, the system associates will be unable to determine precisely which user was responsible, and simply associate the action to the first user account found with that agency code.
